From time immemorial Humans not only feared snakes but they were also inspired, fascinated and enthralled by them. Snakes were used as signs and symbols to express a sect’s belief system. An attempt has been made through this exhibit through, stamps, used postal covers, cancellations and other relevant philatelic materials to represent how the snake image is used as signs and symbols in various types of human expressions.
